When Barnaby and Olga visited the Basque regions of Spain and France, they fell in love with the wines and knew they had to make their own Tannat in that style. After years of searching, they found a California vineyard growing this distinctive varietal. While this wine is dark and chewy, it still shows the gentle touch that defines Barnaby's winemaking. Deep red in color, it offers notes of fig, plum, dark stone fruits, and a subtle hint of herbaceous cardamom.
