Tzingarella is a blend of 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Franc, and 5% Colorino, grown organically on the estate’s young vineyards in Panzano in Chianti. It is fermented naturally and aged 12 months in barriques and tonneaux. The winery describes a medium-bodied wine with smooth, vibrant fruit. Its tannins, acidity, and cherry character are unmistakably Tuscan. Fresh cassis, blackberry, and Bordeaux-like minerality add to that. It can be enjoyed on release and has good aging potential.
