WINEMAKING: Hand-harvested. Destemmed; fermented on indigenous
yeasts in temperature-controlled steel tank. Aged for six months in a
combination of steel and cement tank.
TASTING IMPRESSIONS: Aromas of purple and red fruits, licorice, warm
spice. Full-bodied, round with plush tannins.
