WINEMAKING: Hand-harvested. Fermented on indigenous yeasts in temperature-controlled, stainless steel tanks. Aged in tank.
TASTING IMPRESSIONS: Aromas of blackberry, licorice, Asian five-spice. Flavors of red and black plums; juicy and concentrated. Smooth tannins.
PAIRING SUGGESTIONS: Grilled red meat or game; dishes with black olive or Mediterranean flavors
